Bank feed

Hello,

I have created a QBO Accountant account and connected to my bank account. But then I realized that I wanted to connect it to another bank account, so I made the changes and selected the correct bank account. The problem now is that I still see in the list of transactions to match, all of the transactions from the first bank account that I though I disconnected. Is there a way to remove them?

Hello @Mebs1, I'll help remove your transactions.

 

You can exclude all your bank transactions downloaded to the incorrect bank account. This way, we can start removing or deleting them from the Excluded tab. I'll show you how.

 

  1. Go to Banking.
  2. Under Bank and Credit Cards, select your bank account.
  3. On the For Review tab, select all your duplicate transactions.
  4. Select Batch actions.
  5. Click Exclude Selected.

 

In addition, here's an article you can read to learn more about excluding your bank transactions: Exclude Expenses from Downloaded Bank Transactions in QuickBooks Online.

 

From here, go ahead and delete them by following the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Excluded tab.
  2. Select all your transactions.
  3. Click Batch actions.
  4. Select Delete.
  5. Click Yes.
