Join nowI have been trying to resolve a problem with the memo line being imported from American Express, but that's a separate topic. My current problem is that, after deactivating and reactivating Online Services for a credit card, it will no longer download transactions at all. After connecting and putting in the password, Bank Feeds returns error "Warning. Payment was rejected - its date is too far into the future:"
I can't find a log of this error anywhere else or what it means. All the transactions recorded for this account are in the past and I can't figure out what is causing an error. Anyone have suggestions?
Glad you provided us some details about your concern, mmcguire85.
These errors can be caused by either the connection from your bank to QuickBooks and the company file.
You can contact the bank to verify if the activation of your Online services for AMEX is successful. This way, they can update the information if the payment didn't go through.
However, if the bank confirms that there are no issues, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix them. But make sure that you create a backup copy of your company file before you proceed.
You can try to download the transactions in a test company file.

If you didn't see any error, you can proceed by checking the compatibility of your file you downloaded from the bank.

I am having the same issue and I tried the fixes you suggested but I still receive the same error message.
The test account does however send/receive correctly with no issues.

So Customer Care could not help me unless I reinvested $500+, I am currently running and paid for Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2021.
What are my other options without re-invsting again?
Just checking to see if there is any other solutions available.
