Bank feeds error OLSU 1013

I bought a new desktop PC last week and when I ran Bank Feeds I received error OLSU 1013. I have spoken with three bank reps and they don't know how to fix the problem. The only suggestion was to contact Intuit Support to find out "how to release previously stored information in QBs keychain". I cannot find anything on "keychain" and the wait time for Intuit Support is several hours.  I have tried every fix posted in the Support Community, including uninstalling and reinstalling QBs, and the problem still exists. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Bank feeds error OLSU 1013

Hi @eberg,

I have steps that we can try to fix the OLSU-1013 error. Let me walk you through how.

  1. Check your internet security settings in Internet Explorer.
  2. Download bank feed transactions in a test company file.
  3. Check if the file from your bank is compatible with QuickBooks.
  4. Refresh the connection with your bank.
  5. Create and merge accounts.
  6. Turn off and set up online banking for other accounts.

To check the internet settings of the Internet Explorer:

  1. Go to Gear or Tools. Then, Internet options.
  2. Select Advanced, and then scroll down towards the Security section.
  3. Check if you have TLS 1.2 checked. If not, select the box to turn it on.
  4. Hit OK. Exit all applications on your computer.

Once done, restart your computer and download your transactions again. If you're still getting the same results, please proceed to steps 2-6. You can refer to this article for details: Fix OL and OLSU Bank Feeds errors in QuickBooks Desktop.
