Bank Feeds failing with error OLSU1013 for several accounts.

Starting about 3 weeks ago Bank Feeds began failing to download with error OLSU1013 for two accounts, Discover Card & AT&T Universal Card. Both are using Direct Connect. I have 3 other accounts that download without issue. I have followed the instructions at https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/bank-feeds/fix-ol-and-olsu-bank-feeds-errors-in-qu... but none of the steps have resolved the issue. I have contacted both banks and they both state the issue is with QuickBooks and that Intuit must fix it. When can I expect Intuit to resolve these issues?

@Angelyn_T  As I wrote in my original post, I'm curious when Intuit will have this resolved.  Both banks are telling me that all their customers are having this issue.  Both banks are telling me that Intuit has acknowledged the issue is with QuickBooks.  Both banks are telling me there is nothing they can do and are waiting for Intuit to fix the QuickBooks software.

Do you have any info as to when this will be fixed?

Discover Card bank feeds started working again after a QuickBooks update.  Hopefully Intuit will get things patched up for AT&T Universal Card / Citi soon.

Thanks for getting back to us, Paying Customer.

For the meantime, you can import bank transactions into QuickBooks Desktop. So you'll be able to continue accepting and categorizing them.

Here are the steps:

  1. Log in to your bank's website and export a .qbo file. Then, save it to your computer.
  2. Now, open QuickBooks.
  3. From the File menu, choose Utilities then Import and click on Web Connect Files.
  4. Select the .qbo file you saved, then click on Open.
  5. When prompted to select a bank Account, choose Use an existing QuickBooks account.
  6. Click on Continue and OK once the data has been successfully read into QuickBooks.
  7. Then, go to the Bank Feeds Center to review your transactions.

Let me also share this article so you can learn more about other data types you can import and export to and from QuickBooks Desktop: Import/export overview.

As always, you can reach out to our QuickBooks Technical Support Team for further assistance. Just follow the steps above to contact them.

Please let me know if you have any follow-ups or other questions. I'm always glad to help. Have a good one.

I checked for QuickBooks updates today & a few were installed.  After that the AT&T Universal Card / Citi bank feeds now work.
