Join nowMy bank feeds are auto matching some of my transactions which is great. However there are other transactions that are not matching. I click on the drop down menu for a transaction and select " Match to existing Transaction" then it brings up a window where I can select from transactions that are in QB. However, the list is not showing transactions that are already in QB. Yes, I checked that they are not reconciled yet. I am using QBD Pro 2019. The window where I can select from looks like it is not fully loading as some of the text is cut off. THanks!

It's possible the downloaded data are auto-matched by a bank rule. I'd suggest checking the transactions if they matched accurately. Otherwise, you'll have to delete and recreate them.
As for the missing list of transactions, I'd recommend updating QuickBooks to the latest release. This keeps the software always have the latest features and fixes.
Also, you can run the Verify and Rebuild Data utility. The tool scan data issues within the company file and self-resolves them. I'll show you how.

Once your transactions are matched, I encourage reconciling them in QuickBooks. This ensures your accounts match your bank and credit card statements.
