I'm trying to match a transaction from the Bank Feeds, but the transaction it matches with in the register does not show up when I go to the list of available matches. Even after I've selected Show All instead of Last 30 Days.
One possible reason the transaction is not showing as an available match is if it was already reconciled or cleared. To confirm, you can go to the bank register and check the status.
1. Go to Banking, then select Use Register or press CTRL + R key.
2. Choose a bank account.
3. Click OK.
You can do further investigation if the cleared or reconciled transaction matches the amount and date. If you will find the transaction that should not have been cleared or reconciled, just clear the check column for each of them. Then, you can see a pop up icon then click Yes to confirm.
