Let's ensure that QuickBooks Desktop has the updated release version for it to work well. Let me show you how:
- Go to the Help menu and select Update QuickBooks Desktop.
- Click the Update Now tab and then Reset Update.
- Select Get Updates to start and once done, close QuickBooks.
- Open the company file and when prompted, accept the option to install the new release.
Also, update to the latest version of Internet Explorer. Once everything is up-to-date, you can visit the bank feeds to see if transactions are now downloading.
