Bank is not updating

Good to see you here in QuickBooks Community, @soakley.

 

I'm here to help and ensure that your bank is updating the transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

The first thing to do is log in to your bank website to confirm if the new transactions are posted in your bank account since the transactions downloaded to QBO is dependent on the data provided by your bank's website. 

 

Once done, you'll need to manually update your bank account to bring in the transactions to QBO. Here's how: 

  1. On the left navigation bar, click Banking.
  2. Go to Banking tab.
  3. Click Update.

If in case there are missing transactions in QBO, we'll need to download bank transactions manually from your bank's website and import them into QuickBooks using WebConnect.

If you need further assistance with the steps, you can contact our QuickBooks Online Support Team. They have additional tools to pull up your account in a secure environment and do a remote session.
