QBO has disconnected two of my Bank of America business accounts (1x checking; 1x credit card):
Note the {{ftuErrorView}} -- It seems like a sloppy dev typo'd the template name of that view (it's likely supposed to show a block showing specific error info) or failed to handle this specific error.
Clicking reconnect simply closes the popup >> waits a few seconds >> pops up again. There is some handshake not working.
Terrifyingly enough, this happened before with HSBC for a lot of people - and it took them 7 months to come up with a fix. No fix until AFTER tax season.
So many issues with manual uploads + resyncing later.... I hope I don't have to deal with this poor customer service ever again. Live chat is already the worst, spending 30 mins to progress 3 sentences to BOT-like humans that barely speak English.
