Bank of America Bank Feeds Download Stopped working in QB Desktop

Hello,

 

Till yesterday, I was able to download all my transactions automatically from the Bank Feed Center. However, since yesterday I am getting OL-393 error. I have not made any changes to the Bank login or any other items.

 

I have tried everything from here but the problem is still there - https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/bank-feeds/get-help-with-error-ol-301-or-393/00/20...

 

I would appreciate your help with this.

Agents have specialized tools, like screen-sharing, to take a closer look at your account and determine what's causing this issue. Here's how to contact an agent:

 

1. Press the F1 key on your keyboard.

2. Select Contact Us.

3. Enter Support in the field and click Continue.

4. From here you can choose to post here in the Community, message an agent, or set up a callback for a time that's convenient for you.
