Bank of America (BofA) recently implemented security updates that require users to refresh their account connections in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). To ensure your accounts continue syncing properly, you’ll need to disconnect the old feed before establishing the new connection with the updated “Bank of America - NEW” feed.

It still doesn’t work. I’ve spent hours with BoA and QB live support on the phone. At the end nothing works. I’ve shared even data with QB data services and have zero response after over a week. QB says it’s BOA and BOA says it’s QB’s fault. It’s a shame! I still have hope it will work again soon.
12/1 I've followed your directions for the BofA feeds and still does not work correctly, anyone else have luck w/Bank of America or AMEX QBDT feeds ?
Bank of America checking account import files are NOT working. Error message says cannot recognize financial institution. What’s the resolution?
as of Jan 6, 2026, still having issues getting BofA bank feeds to work. Sign into BofA but never get the window/screen asking which accounts to allow access. Anyone else back any comments? Q/books online help is not working either.
