Bank Reconciliation

Hi Anyone,

 

I have a question why is that the Quickbooks in reconcile section when I try to reconcile the next month where the previous bookkeeper left. It prompts that the beginning balance is not balance? when I check the per month in bank register it is balance with the bank. What is the possible error in this?

When reconciling accounts in QuickBooks Online (QBO), it is important to make sure to enter the correct Beginning and Ending Balance. Also, confirm that the beginning balance on your statement matches the beginning balance posted into your account.
