Bank Rules Export to Excel

When bank rules are exported  to excel the result is show in three columns:

Rule Name - each individual rule

Rule condition -  Coding for the conditions set, such as "ruleType":10, "ruleType":6, "isAndRule:true

Rule Outputs - Coding for the action to be taken based on the condition such as,

                           "actionType":5, "actionType":0,"actionType":8,"value":true

An example is attached.

Is there a key that explains the structure of the code that is exported to Excel or what the various "ruleTypes" and "actionTypes" are?

Bank Rules Export to Excel

Sending good vibes to you, cgordon9999.

I can provide you with some information about exporting bank rules via QuickBooks Online.

The sensitivity of exporting the bank rules is encrypted. These are the codes used for easy transfer to another QuickBooks Online account.

Since the information is bank related and this kind of information is confidential and we value your privacy. That way, you are assured that your files are protected to the highest and safest level possible. You will get the same information when you import it to the other QuickBooks Online account. However, importing bank rules will override your old rules in QuickBooks.

Here's a recommended article about banking rules: How to set and use banking rules for downloaded transactions.

Keep me posted if you have additional questions about exporting bank rules. Have a good one.
