I have signed out and tried to update and the bank transactions will not come over

Bank transactions are not coming over

Thank you for letting me know which troubleshooting step you've tried to fix this issue. I'm here to provide you some information about bank transactions not automatically downloading in QuickBooks Online.

Otherwise, please verify to your bank institution a possible maintenance from their end. If not, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Care Team to determine why your account doesn't bring over bank transactions. 

 

They're able to request account information to pull up your company and share sensitive information in a secure manner, while this is a public forum. For the meantime, you can download the transactions from your bank's website and import them into QuickBooks Online using our WebConnect file.
