Bank transactions not updating

I have my checking accounts with Suntrust. When I set my quickbooks app I had no problem getting my transactions to show but they wont update. I'm still seeing all the data from 3 days ago but nothing since. I've refreshed my data. I even logged into my banks mobile account when I refreshed the data just to see if that would help. What do I do?

I appreciate the details given and the steps that you've tried to get this transaction issue sorted out. Allow me to help and share some information to get this fix.


The first thing to do is log in to your bank website to confirm if the new transactions are posted in your bank account since the transactions downloaded to QBO is dependent on the data provided by your financial institution.


Once done, you'll need to manually update your bank account to bring in the transactions to QBO. Here's how: 

  1. On the left navigation bar, click Banking.
  2. Go to the Banking tab.
  3. Click Update.

If in case there are missing transactions in QBO, we'll need to download bank transactions manually from your bank's website and import them into QuickBooks using WebConnect

I am having problems as well, this periodically happens with my Suntrust accounts and QBO.  Ithink there is a larger problem here, are you fixing it?

I've checked and found no reported issues with the SunTrust bank, bluedevil73.
