For now, our banking engineers are currently working to fix this issue. They haven’t provided a turnaround time at the moment.
We have an alternative way to upload your transactions into the Banking page. With this option, you can continue managing your bank transactions while waiting for the fix.
You can log in to your bank’s website and download the transactions within the affected period. You can use a Web Connect for this. It's a way to bring your transactions from your bank to QuickBooks. I'm including the supported file formats below:
Comma-Separated Values (CSV)
QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Here's are the steps on how to download your transaction from PNC bank into QBO:
Logging in to your bank’s website.
Download the transactions needed.
Save these transactions/files on your desktop.
Upload them into your QuickBooks.
