Bank transfer client made doesn’t appear in bank account after 3 business days

Hello there, @elan.

I can provide information about the funding time for ACH payments.

Generally, credit card payment deposits take one to two business days. However, the credit card payments to be transferred to your bank would take 5-7 banking days, while ACH or Bank Transfer may take 7-10 business days. These also vary depending on the following factors:

  • Time of day you enter transactions.
  • Weekends and federal holidays.
  • The financial institution where transactions are deposited.
  • How long it takes for your bank to verify and process electronic deposits.

If you haven't received the funds on the allocated time, I recommend contacting our Merchant Services team. One of them can review your account and investigate why you're getting some delays in receiving deposits.

Please refer to this article Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits your money for more information on the payments process.
