No worries. I’m here to help resolve this banking issue, @tbonnlander.

Error 103 happens when your sign-in credentials entered in QuickBooks Online don’t match with your bank website.

You’ll want to confirm your sign-in info first on your bank website. This way, the password will be updated successfully. Here’s how:

  1. Open a new window in your web browser and go directly to your bank’s website.
  2. Sign in with the user ID and password you have.
  3. If you get a sign-in error, follow your bank’s instructions to reset your password or both.
  4. Make sure you’re able to access your account through this site, then log out.

Once you’re sure about your user ID and password, you can now update it in QBO. I’m glad to show you the steps.

  1. Go to the Banking menu, then Banking.
  2. Select the bank you need to update.
  3. Click Edit sign-in info.
  4. If your web browser auto-fills the user ID and password fields, clear them.
  5. Manually type in the user ID and password for your bank account. If your bank offers a Show option, select it so you can confirm you entered the password correctly.
  6. Select Update.
