I'm here to help you back your banking preferred view in your QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Let make sure that you're using Business view in accessing your QBO account. This way, you'll able to see the preferred look. Business View has different terminology and slightly different presentation from the original look that accounting pros are used to seeing, which is now called Accountant View.
Here's how to switch view:
- Go to the Gear icon in the top right.
- Click Switch to Business View.
