Hello pbaker,

Our engineers have been notified of this issue and are currently working to fix it.

I would recommend calling our phone agents to be added to the notification list so they can send updates via email.

While waiting for the fix, you can import your bank data directly into QuickBooks Online through Web Connect

We receive an update from capital one that for those customers who have issues in downloading new transactions on their online banking need to complete a one-time passcode to validate their account in order to allow transactions to continue to download in QuickBooks.

This has been going on for several weeks.  What one time code, it isn’t coming up and there is no solution posted, your link goes to an enterprise log in.

I understand the concept of needing to answer a security question. Your response doesn't indicate where we need to enter this one time pass code. I've tried updating the sign in info- but it doesn't prompt me to enter a security question answer. And yes, the above link goes to a sign in page that wont accept my QBO ID or password. MarkD, maybe you linked to an internal article? Please provide more direction on this issue.

I concur with pbaker.  I am knowledgeable about the systems involved, the engineering needs to know that a one time code challenge isn’t popping up.   Thank you!

Yes seems like the article is for internal view only, the best thing to do here is to call our phone agents so they can walk you through the steps in completing a one-time passcode.
