Banking tab and unwanted transaction showing up

On the banking tab, I still have the transactions showing up even though they are added into the proper expense category.  How do I not get, say for instance, the January transactions that I have dealt with to not show every time I click on the banking tab?

Hi there, @Deb S!


You have the option to exclude your expense transactions. I'm here to help you accomplish this so it won't show in your Banking page.


To start with, excluding your expense transactions will separate your them in the For Review tab. Thus said, it'll put them in the Excluded tab.


To do this, here's how you can exclude your transactions:

  1. Go to the Banking page.
  2. From the Bank and Credit Cards drop-down menu, select your bank account.
  3. Under the For review tab, select all your unwanted expense transactions.
  4. Click Batch actions.
  5. Select Exclude Selected.

Lastly, you can delete your excluded expense transactions from the Excluded tab. Please know that it'll not be recovered when you delete them. Just click Batch actions and then select Delete.
