Banking Tab

Hello there, @Valecreekaccounting.

Since you can see this menu on your end, your client can see this on the left list as a Transactions menu. Once your client clicks it, it will route to the Baking tab. I've added a screenshot for reference.

However, if your client were unable to see this, it has to perform some troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue about accessing the Banking tab.

There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed pages, thus causing the system's unusual responses. Your client can start by logging into its QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser (incognito). Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox)
  • Control Option (Safari)

Once signed in, your client can go to the Banking tab from the Banking or Transactions menu. If it works, they can return to its default browser and clear its cache and cookies. It helps the system create fresh data and enhanced it's browsing performance.

If the issue persists, I'd recommend pulling up its account and accessing the Banking tab using other supported browsers.

Also, you can let your client review and categorize its online banking transactions. Kindly share this article for reference: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online. It also contains instructions on how to exclude its personal or duplicate entries if there are any.

Please update me on how it goes or tag me whenever you have other concerns. I'm here anytime you need help. Take care, Valecreekaccounting.
