I'm here to ensure that your bank balance will be updated successfully in QuickBooks Online.
To get this issue sorted out, I recommend updating your bank manually in the system to refresh its connection.
To do that:
Go to theBankingmenu at the left pane.
Click on the bank account that you're working with.
Select on Update.
If asked, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials. Then press on Continue update.
However, if the problem continues, let's try accessing your account using a private window. The cache is in place to store older data to make loading web pages easier. If it gets too full, it can actually have an adverse effect and cause viewing and performance errors.
If it works fine, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This will refresh the program and get everything back to running smoothly.
I'd also like to share these links below that will guide you in categorizing your bank transactions properly and reconciling your account accurately in QuickBooks Online:
Thank you for giving us an update after performing the steps provided by my colleague.
Since the bank balance still doesn't show the correct amount on the Banking page, I'd recommend contacting the QuickBooks Customer Care team. They can do a screen share and verify the issue further to fix it. To make sure you'll be assisted right away, you can check out the support hours before contacting them.
Here's how to contact them:
Go to ? Help, select Contact Us.
Enter your concern in the box, such as "Bank balance won't update."
Select the Let's talk button.
Select Get a callback or Chat option.
Follow the on-screen instructions and confirm the request.
