Good evening, @rcwtrs. I can see how not being able to find the transactions you need can affect your workflow, especially when you're trying to keep your finances in order. Let's get that sorted out.

To get your banking transactions from February, start by manually updating your bank connection. This will refresh the connection and retrieve all transactions. Here's what you need to do:

  1. Navigate to Transactions, then Bank transactions.
  2. Select Update.

If you still can't locate your transactions, check around the Banking menu. It may be stuck somewhere around it. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to Transactions, then Bank transactions.
  2. Choose the tile for the bank or credit card account from which you downloaded the entries.
  3. Check the For review, Categorized, and Excluded tabs.

For additional troubleshooting, check out this article: What to do if you can’t find downloaded transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, ensure to adjust the rate range in the filter settings to include February.

If the steps above don't work, download your entries from your bank's website and then upload them to QuickBooks.

After successfully importing your transactions, categorize and reconcile them to ensure your books are organized and accurate.

If you have any other questions or need further assistance, don't hesitate to reach out. We're in this together. I hope you have a productive evening!

You can try to import *.csv file from your bank manually. Otherwise, you can use a converter tool.
