BBT bank changed website for credit card management, now transactions are not added or modified in QB bank feeds. I called the bank and they seem to not understand what is causing this. Is it the bank website or quickbooks pro 2019 desktop?

The transactions can't be added or modified since your bank updated their website. To make sure that this website is already added on the list, I suggest reaching out to our Phone Support Team. They can verify it from their tools and request to add it for you. 

 

To reach them: 

  1. Click the Help menu and select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Select the Contact us link. 
  3. Enter a brief description about not being able to add or modify downloaded bank transactions. 
  4. Click Continue
  5. You have two ways on how to connect with us. You can either Talk a Specialist or Message an Agent

Thank you for suggestions on bank feeds. After a few days from when the problem started, I tried retrieving the BBT website with that QB browser and was able to download the credit card statement. This time the prompt appeared for connecting to aQB account, before I was only getting the bank feeds window with no changes.  Problem now solved.
