beginning balance not matching my statement

Hello,

I am having a hard time changing the beginning balance to match my statement. The suggestions listed nothing has worked. No history pops up and I need this going ASAP.

 

Can someone help me.

Hello there, @BP2.

 

I can help you match your beginning balance and bank statement in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
 

If your account is new and has never been reconciled, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Gear icon at the top.
  2. Under Your Company, click Chart of Accounts.
  3. Find the account and select View Register.
  4. Check the account's opening balance and click Edit from the View Register drop down arrow.
