Biz cc acct in QB's only shows payments made to the acct from biz chk. No other transactions are shown. Do I need to also u/l the indv credit card users accts into QBs?
We have to know how your bank sends the transactions, Espplanconsult. I'd like to explain how this works.
If these transactions are downloaded to one account, you'll have to connect the parent account only. If they're downloaded to the individual cards/accounts, you'll have to connect the sub-accounts. You can check this reference about the bank or credit card subaccount setup for more information.
If they're downloaded to the parent account and there are missing transactions, let's manually update the account. This refreshes the connection between your bank and QuickBooks Online. Here's how:
Go to the Banking tab.
Select the bank, then click Update.
You can also log in to your bank's website and check for any alerts or maintenance. This blocks the transactions to be downloaded in the program.
