Hello @mikaela2,
You can manually download transactions from your bank's website and import it to QuickBooks. Let me guide you how.
- Sign in to your bank's website.
- Then, follow your bank’s instructions for how to download transactions to your computer.
- Make sure the date range for the download is at least one day before your oldest transaction.
- Download your transactions. Then, save the file on your desktop.
- Review the file format and size. Check step 4 in the article below for the required format and size.
- Start uploading by going to Banking, then the Banking tab.
- Select the blue tile icon for the account you want to upload the transactions into. Then, click the drop-down arrow beside the Update button.
- Hit File upload.
Please refer to this article for details: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Once done, reconcile your account to ensure your books are accurate and no duplicate transactions. I've also added our page about banking and bank feeds for your reference.
Stay in touch if you have other questions or concerns. I'd be delighted to answer them for you. Thanks for coming in to Community and take care.
