Can anyone help solve this problem I'm having trying to add a NavyFed Business Account? When I add/link the account it only pulls in personal accounts, and not business.

I attempt to input my other username and password (for business account) and it does not go through or connect. It only pulls in my personal accounts and nothing linked to my business accounts.

Hi kruegerfinancial!

I understand that you need to link your Navy Federal Business account to QuickBooks Self-Employed. Allow me to help you.

First, I suggest you check with the bank and see if they have restrictions in connecting their system to other platforms like QuickBooks QuickBooks Self-Employed. If so, let them assist you in enabling this option and try to connect again your business account.

QuickBooks works with thousands of banks and you can connect business accounts. You'll want to make sure that you selected the right one cause it'll give you multiple results when searching your bank in QuickBooks Self-Employed. You can search the bank's name or enter the URL.

For additional information, you can click this article: Find your bank or credit card account when you connect to online banking. This will show you how to look up your bank.

If this behavior continues, I'd encourage you to contact our Support Team so they can further investigate the reason for this behavior.

In the meantime, you can manually import the transactions using a CSV file. Once everything's good, you're ready to categorize them.

Leave a comment below if you have other concerns. I'll be here!
