Can anyone tell me how to download all of my 2018 calendar year info to a thumb drive? I use QB Online. Thanks!

You can only download reports and lists in QuickBooks (QBO), @jking3.

I'll guide you with the steps on how to do it. Let's go to your QBO account to begin. 

Here's how:

1. In your home page, go to Gear at the top.
2. Select Export data under Tools.
3. An Export data page will open; choose either the Reports or Lists tab.
4. Tick the Export to Excel button. Then, save it to your Desktop.

After saving the Excel spreadsheet, you can now transfer the file to your thumb drive. Let me guide you how.

1. Insert your thumb drive into your computer.
2. A window will open for the drive, double-click to open. Then, locate the saved spreadsheet files from your Desktop.
3. Copy and save the file into the thumb drive.
4. Snap the X icon to close the window.
