Can anyone tell me why I keep getting an error when I try to import a CSV for older transactions from one of my bank accounts?

I downloaded a CSV from USAA for my 2022 transactions for my business checking account.  Whenever I try to import it into Quickbooks I get an error that is non-specific as to why the import failed.  It just says try again, and if that doesn't work to contact tech support.  It's approx. 110 transactions for the year.  I've streamlined the CSV in google sheets to be only simple Date (MM/DD/YY), Description, Amount.  I cant figure out for the life of me why it won't import and I'd rather not type them all by hand.

So I actually managed to fix my own problem shortly after posting this.  In an effort to troubleshoot and try something different I logged in on my Mac laptop and I was able to upload the same file successfully.  On my PC Win10 I was having trouble.  I used Chrome in both cases.
