Can I actually use my account

Let me share with you some insights about your account and subscription.

 

You need to sign in on your account first before you can view, add or edit transactions.

 

If you want to view your subscriptions info, I'll be happy to walk you through it.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. You need to sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary admin.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙, then Account and settings.
  3. Choose Billing & Subscription.
  4. Then, review the information in each section.
    • To view payment history in the QuickBooks Online tile, click View payment history. Your billing history shows the last 6 months’ bills.

Additionally, you can check on how to recover your account when you can't sign in
