Can I add multiple expenses in a foreign currency with the "Batch Transactions" function?

Welcome to the Community. I can share some clarification about your question regarding the Batch transactions function.

Currently, an option or ability to batch add expenses in foreign currency is unavailable. As a workaround, I recommend using the WebConnect feature to upload your transactions.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
2. Select Upload transactions.
3. Press Browse,then select the file you downloaded from your bank. 
4. Hit Next.
5. In the QuickBooks account ▼  dropdown, select the account you want to upload the transactions into, then select Next.
6. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks.
7. Click Next.
8. Choose the transactions you would like to import and select Next.
9. Press Yes.
10. When you're ready, select Let's go.

Though, it would be beneficial to have this ability in the Batch Actions section. Our engineers might be working to bring this feature over to this platform in the future. You can check our QuickBooks Blog for product updates.

We would also like to add batch transactions in foreign currency from vendors who invoice us monthly.  This was our impetus for adding the multi-currency feature.  Now we will have to enter each invoice in Quickbooks manually.  We aren't saving any time by doing so.  Please consider adding this feature!

The option to add foreign currency transactions in a batch is unavailable. Saying you've been adding each foreign invoice manually and it is a lot of work, I recommend letting your voice be heard throughout the entire platform by sending your experience via feedback. I'll walk you through the steps to accomplish this.

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under PROFILE, select Feedback.
3. Describe how you wish to accomplish a such goal and how it is helping you work efficiently in QuickBooks.
4. Select Next.
5. Click Skip and send message.
