Can I delete everything (transactions, sales, everything) before Jan 1 2021? I've done a terrible job at entering in QB and need a clean slate for 2021.

If you're account is less than 60 days old, you can purge it to delete everything. Make sure that you're log in as an Admin so you can do this process. Here's how:

1. Look at the URL in your browser's address bar. Delete all the text after the last / and enter purgecompany.
   For example:
   • Before: https://...qbo.intuit.com/app/homepage
   • After: https://...qbo.intuit.com/app/purgecompany
2. To confirm you want to delete your company data, type Yes.
3. Click Wipe data.

If it's older than 60 days, you can cancel your existing account and create a new one. Here's how:

1. Sign up for QuickBooks Online
2. Enter your user ID and password. You can use the same user ID and password you used before.
