While QuickBooks Online currently doesn’t allow you to delete a bank account, you can disconnect it from the Banking page and then make it inactive in your Chart of Accounts. By following these steps, you can focus on your business finances without including personal accounts:

1. Go to the Transactions menu on the left-hand side and click Bank Transaction.
2. Select the tile for the account you want to disconnect and click the pencil icon.
3. Click Edit account info.
4. Tick the Disconnect this account on save checkbox.
5. Then click Save and Close once everything is good.

After this, follow these steps to inactivate the account:

1. Navigate to the Transactions page, and click the Chart of Accounts tab.
2. Locate the bank account and select the dropdown icon under the Action column.
3. Click Make Inactive and select Yes, make inactive to confirm.
