Can I delete the automatic memorized transactions? I upgraded to QB 2020 and when opened, it says I have memorized transactions to execute back to 2016?!

Thanks for reaching out to the Community, @mark135.

Deleting Memorized Transactions in QuickBooks takes just a few clicks. You'll be a pro in no time. Check it out:

  1. From the Lists menu, choose Memorized Transaction List.
  2. Find and select the transaction you want to delete.
  3. In the Memorized Transaction drop-down, click Delete Memorized Transaction.
  4. Hit OK.

That's it! If you'd like to learn more about memorized transactions, I recommend checking out: Create, edit, or delete memorized transactions
