With regard to downloading transactions, QuickBooks Online (QBO) downloads the last 90 days' worth of data. You can also manually upload the bank entries to QBO.
Here are the steps:
1. Click Bookkeeping then Transactions and select Bank Transactions.
2. Select the account you want to upload.
3. Select the Link Account ▼ dropdown and Upload from file.
4. Choose Drag and Drop then select Continue.
5. In the QuickBooks account▼, choose the account where you want to upload the transactions, then select Continue.
6. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then select Continue.
7. Import your transactions, then Continue and Yes.
8. Select Done.
