Can I export an open bank reconciliation to Excel?

I want to ensure this is taken care of, @miranda-bergquis.

I'd be happy to help you export your bank reconciliation in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Before I do, can you elaborate more on your concern? Are you trying to export a bank reconciliation page before reconciling it? This way, I can give you the right steps on how to do so.

However, if you're trying to export a reconciliation report, currently, we're unable to export it. Though, we can only print or save it in .PDF format.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. On the search bar, type Reconciliation Reports.
  3. Click the Printer icon at the top of the report.
  4. A new window will open and then click Print.
  5. Select the Destination drop-down arrow to Save as PDF.

You can also manually export the data, check this link for the steps under How to export a reconciliation report to ExcelHow do I view, print, or export a reconciliation report?

I'm also sharing these handy articles about the reconcile workflow and reports for your reference. Feel free to check the links below:

Don't hesitate to drop a comment below if you have other questions. I'm more than happy to help. Take care!\
