Can I fix this? My credit card had to be replaced but when linked to my QB all of the transactions are listed as new rather than matching the previous card transactions.

Can I fix this? My credit card had to be replaced but when linked to my QB all of the transactions are listed as new rather than matching the previous card transactions.

Hello @matilda1,

 

You can exclude the transactions that are already in your register to get this fixed. Let me guide you how.

 

  1. Go to Banking, then Banking at the top.
  2. Under For Review tab, mark the boxes next to the duplicate transactions.
  3. Click the Batch actions drop-down.
  4. Select Exclude Selected.
