Thanks for posting in the Community. I'd be delighted to assist you with flipping your checkbooks register so that the most recent transactions appear at the top.

 

QuickBooks Online offers multiple ways to filter and sort your register, including ascending and descending order. Here's how to flip your register to sort by transaction date:

 

  1. Select Accounting on the left navigation menu and choose Chart of Accounts
  2. Click View register for the account that you'd like to view.
  3. Select the Drop-down arrow next to Date in order to switch from ascending to descending order, or vice versa.
