You can search the Intuit app store for software to do exactly what you want to import vendor bills. QBO does not provide an internal option for this.

Hello - I am just curious if you found an app to help you with importing your vendor bills versus manually entering them?  I am researching for a client that gets 50+ vendor bills by email each week and would like to save time by not having to enter them manually as well.  Any info that you came across or if you found an app that worked for you would be appreciated.  Thank you.

Hello @cg73,

Currently, you’re only able to import customer, vendor, account, and products and services information to QuickBooks.

As mentioned by @john-pero above, you’ll need to search for a third-party application to integrate with QuickBooks. You can search for apps online or through the QuickBooks App Center.

Though we’re unable to suggest an application for you because we want to choose the app of your preference.

Once you found an app, you can contact their support team. This way, they can help you integrate to QuickBooks and properly imports your bills.

You can also read this article for more information about the importing data to QuickBooks.

Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
