Can i prohibit my support staff from seeing one of my bank accounts?

I'll help with your question about managing user access, paul104.

 

There's an option to make a user permission restricted to seeing your bank information. However, all bank accounts will be hidden from this user as well.

 

Follow these steps on how to change a user access:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon and select Manage Users.
  2. Select the user and click the Edit link under the Action column.
  3. Make sure that the User type says "Standard User".
  4. Click Limited.
  5. Select if you only want to provide access for the Customers, Vendors, or both sections of QBO. 
  6. Click Save.
