Can I retrieve missing bank info from 2018/19?

Yes, you can, @iamnhorne.

You'll want to manually import those year 2018 and 2019 transactions to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Let me guide you through the process.

Here’s how:

  1. Sign in to your bank or credit card website.
  2. Follow the instructions to download the transaction to your computer.
  3. Review the file format.
    • Comma-Separated Values (CSV)
    • QuickBooks Online (QBO)
    • Quicken (QFX)

To start the upload:

  1. Go to the Banking or Transactions menu.
  2. Select the Banking tab.
  3. Locate and select your bank account you want to upload the transactions into.
  4. Click the Update drop-down menu and select File upload.

You can also utilize this article for more details in importing your transactions in QBO: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

I’m also adding this article that provides detailed steps in reconciling your accounts accurately in QBO: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.

Tag me in if there’s anything else you need help with your transactions or with your QBO account. I’ll be around to help you out. Have a great day and take care always!

Welcome to this conversation, @Chips76

You can easily find the right app in Google by searching "how to convert pdf file to excel". From there, choose the best one that suits your needs.

For future reference, read through this article: Import bank transactions using Excel CSV files. It has a step by step guide on how to format your CSV files to import your bank transactions successfully.
