Join nowMy Capital One account ending in #4990 can't connect back to QB
There is no reported issue about Capital One not connecting to QuickBooks Online (QBO), @lillie-lee.
Did you receive an error upon connecting your bank to QBO? If not, let’s check if it is a browser-related issue. Please follow the steps below.
Here’s how:
First, use a private browser in logging in to your QBO to check if you can connect your bank. Use the shortcuts below:
If it works, then go back to your browser and clear your caches and cookies. If it’s still not working, you can use another browser and use the private browser first before clearing the data.
Lastly, if the issue still persists, I suggest contacting our phone support team so that they can perform a screen sharing session to know what happened why you are not able to connect.
Also, for the future reference, you can use the Webconnect method to manually download your bank transactions, here’s the article: What to do if you can’t find downloaded bank transactions.
Loop me in if you need further assistance about connecting your bank account to QBO. Have a good one!
