Can I unreconcile an entire reconciliation? I accidentally entered the wrong year and QB hasnot reconciled 15 months of transactions.

We won't be able to undo the entire reconciliation at once. You'll need to invite an accountant  since they have an option to do this in one click.

1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Manage Users.
2. Go to the Accounting firms tab and click the Invite button.
3. Enter the accountant's information.
4. Click Save.
5. Let your accountant log in to your company and undo the entire reconciliation.

Otherwise, you'll need to undo the reconciled transactions one at a time. You can check out this article for more information: How to Unreconcile a Transaction or Undo a Reconciliation.
