With your second question, if you're referring to your bank transactions in QBO, please ensure to upload those transactions that aren't uploaded yet to avoid duplicates. If this is about your file, you can import your data into QuickBooks Online.

If you're trying to move your QuickBooks Desktop file to QuickBooks Online, you’ll want to make sure your QBDT software is up to date and doesn’t exceed the file size limit.

I would recommend to purge your QBO account and migrate your data from scratch from QBD within this month. If you are using QBO Simple Start or your account > 60 days old, you should open a new blank QBO account instead and cancel the old one.
