Before anything else, may I know what error message are you getting when trying to connect the account? Knowing more about the issue will help me conduct further investigations, so I can provide the most accurate resolution.
In the meantime, try logging in to your bank’s website outside QuickBooks then verify your account information (such as Account Name, Number and Login credentials). Use the same information when you sync your financial institution to our program. Follow the steps below:
Click the Banking menu from the navigation panel.
Tap the Add Account button.
Enter the name of your Financial Institution in the search field.
Choose the bank you want to connect.
Key in your login credentials then click Log In.
Mark the box next to the account you will be connecting then clicking the QuickBooks Account drop-down and choosing the QuickBooks Account (from your Chart of Accounts).
Click the Connect button and hit "I'm done. Let's go!".
