Can't connect bank account

Hi community,   

 

I've been trying to connect my bank account but the system says that there is connection error. Obviously I checked the connection before posting.

 

Has anyone experienced it before? Ant help would be highly appreciated.

Hello there, Bachoglider.

 

It's possible that your bank is doing some maintenance, or this error is caused by a browser-related issue. We can do some troubleshooting steps to fix this.

 

Let's open your QuickBooks company in an incognito window or private browser.

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:   

  1. Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
  2. Mozilla Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + P
  3. Internet Explorer: Press Ctrl + Shift + P
  4. Safari: Press Command + Shift +

Then, try connecting your bank account again. If it's successful, the next step is to clear your regular browser's cache. If not, let's try using a different browser.

Alternatively, you can use the WebConnect feature to upload your bank transactions manually.
