Did you receive an error 103 when attempting to connect to your bank? If so, this means your banking credentials in QuickBooks Online are incorrect.
Before you verify your bank sign-in information, be sure that your browser does not auto-fill your credentials. This can be the reason why you can't connect. If the issue persists, you'll need to check if you can sign in to your bank's website using the same credentials.
You can check this article for more details: Fix banking error 103.
However, if this isn't the case, please get back to me and let me know your bank's name. I can help check if there are any ongoing issues with the bank you're trying to connect with.
I'll include this article guide just in case you're encountering a different error when trying to connect: What to do if bank transactions won’t download or there's a bank error.

Hi I can’t connect my bank account . My bank is redwood credit union
Thank you for your interest in online banking, Dfijian.
I'll share information on why an account can't be connected, and the other option you can use to bring your transactions onto the Banking page.
If you're unable to link your bank account to QuickBooks, it means your bank doesn't support an online banking connection for the account type you have. Sometimes, you will see multiple results when searching for a bank's name. Each of them represents the account type and/or the location of the bank that provides feeds.
Please check out the suggested steps in this article: Find your bank or credit card account when you connect to online banking.
I've checked, only a connection for Redwood Credit Union (CA) is available right now.
Alternatively, you can manually upload your transactions, so you can easily match or add them to your books. Here's an article to guide you through that: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
