Let me ease your confusion about connecting PayPal account in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @sam2023.

Connecting a PayPal account to QBO is not yet supported in all regions, including Singapore. As a workaround, you can consider importing your PayPal transaction to QBO manually. This way, you can still track your financial records from PayPal. Here's how:

1. Sign in to your PayPal account and download a CSV file of your transactions. Then, save it to your computer's desktop.
2. Once done, log in to your QBO account and go to the Banking menu.
3. From the Link account drop-down, select Upload from file.
4. Click Browser and upload the CSV file you downloaded.
5. Select Next. 
6. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
